What the scan shows
Results are grouped into Money, Dates, Obligations and More. A finding can show an amount, payment language, a date or time period, renewal or termination wording, notice language, or obligation wording when the text matches the current scan rules.
The main list puts stronger matches first. If extended scan matches are available, treat them as additional candidates to review, not as a completeness guarantee or legal-confidence score.
Verify every finding in the source
Each finding includes a quote and PDF page. Select it to return to that page in the source document and read the surrounding wording before relying on the result.
FOUND BY SCAN means the scan found a matching candidate. It does not mean Logrun has interpreted the clause legally.
NOT FOUND BY SCAN means the current scan did not show a qualifying match in that category. It does not prove that the contract contains no such clause.
You can download the findings to Word for your own review. The export contains scan findings, not a legal report.
Limits
- One PDF at a time, up to 20 MB and 200 pages.
- The PDF needs a usable text layer. Image-only or scanned PDFs without text are not supported; there is no OCR.
- The scan uses deterministic words and patterns and can miss relevant wording.
- Findings do not assess enforceability, fairness, legal risk or whether a contract is safe to sign.
