Normalize a supplier CSV or XLSX catalog
Load one supplier product table, review how columns and rows are handled, and download consistent catalog data. Processing happens in your browser. The normalizer is designed for flat simple-product data, not variants, multi-table joins or automatic enrichment.
Files are processed locally in your browser. Your catalog is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Notes
Normalized CSV uses generic, consistent columns for use with other platforms. Shopify CSV uses Shopify product-import field names and a single-product structure.
CSV files use UTF-8. Image links must be publicly accessible HTTPS URLs. Maximum CSV import size in Shopify is 15 MB.
Processed files are not sent to Shopify by this service.
Start with one product table
Upload a CSV or XLSX file up to 35 MB. For XLSX, choose the worksheet and header row to process. Only the selected table is normalized; other worksheets are recorded in Diagnostics rather than silently merged.
Column mapping uses deterministic aliases and bounded rules, not AI guessing. Review the mapping before using the output, especially product title, identifiers and price fields.
Review Result and Diagnostics
Result shows how many source rows were exported, rejected, left blank or treated as non-product rows, with a short preview of exported products.
Diagnostics records rejected rows, excluded source columns, mapping decisions and workbook warnings. If the source structure is not suitable for reliable normalization, the tool reports the issue instead of silently dropping it.
Download the output you need
- Normalized CSV: consistent catalog columns for further catalog work.
- Shopify-format CSV: an optional simple-product export using Shopify product-import field names. It is for manual import and review, not a Shopify integration.
- Diagnostics XLSX: a detailed record of mapping, exclusions, rejected rows and warnings.
The service does not connect to a Shopify store, call the Shopify API or upload products for you. A Shopify-format CSV does not guarantee that Shopify will accept every row. Review the file and Shopify's current import requirements before manual import.
Limits
- CSV or XLSX input up to 35 MB.
- One selected worksheet/product table is processed at a time.
- Current normalization is for flat simple-product data; variant reconstruction is not supported.
- No AI mapping or enrichment, continuous sync, supplier-specific parser or universal spreadsheet repair.
